Complex of Castle and Park of Przeclaw is one of most precious historic places in Podkarpacie district of Poland. The Przecław Castle is situated on the Tarnow Plateau, just above Wisłoka River Valley. The castle belonged to Mikołaj Rej’s descendants, polish famous poet. Nowadays the castle houses a restaurant, guest rooms and a museum. Originally, the castle was built in the first half of the 16th century and largly converted at the end of the same century by Ligenza and Koniecpolski families. The castle is surrounded by 10 hectares of English gardens which were laid out in the 16th and 17th centuries and maintained lovingly by the Koniecpolski, Tarnowski and Rey families.
